From 15.5 games back to AL Central champions. Guardians were down all day but they rallied to tie it in the 8th before giving up 3 in the top of the 10th. Then Brayan Rocchio with a walk-off 3-run shot off the foul pole to end the regular season with a bang. For the third week in a row, we’ll face the Tigers but this time, it’ll be for a trip to the ALDS.

The Guardians did the unthinkable and came back from 15.5 GB of the Tigers to win the division. And they ended the season on a Brayan Rocchio walk off three run homer off the foul pole in extra innings, perfectly on brand for this team the past few weeks.
