Nah gotta respect Yams for the WSCG We haven’t seen that in nearly a decade (Johnny Cueto in game 2 of the 2015 WS) Mad Max looks to for the rare Blue Revenge Redemption game in game 3.

Yoshinobo Yamamoto masterclass. Another complete game. Dodgers offense supported him. It’s the first time a Dodger pitcher has pitched back to back complete games since Orel Hershiser in 1988.

World Series pitching duel, I love it. Such a contrast compared to game 1, but not unwelcome. Dodgers show why they were the favourites. Unlike Snell, Yamamoto gave the Dodgers exactly what they needed with a deep and dominant start. Yamamoto threw the first World Series complete game since Johnny Cueto with the 2015 Royals. He also became the first pitcher to throw 8 Ks since 2023. Gausman, while great, eventually capitulated and gave up a couple solo shots. Once Gausman left, it felt like a mini re-run of game 1 as the Dodgers raked against the Jays bullpen. Although it didn’t last as long as game 2, I appreciated the pitching brilliance from both sides a lot more.

I love this freaking team. Let’s go home fellas.

Was good but it was sad to see the jays play like this after Friday. But Monday is a new day with new opportunities.

Was a good game until will smith and max muncy made it a two run game and with how dominant yammomoto had been up to that point made it seem like an insurmountable deficit for the blue jays

Tight one until the dodgers blew it open in the 7th, what a fantastic game 2. Scherzer vs glasnow next, scherzer probably won't pitch past 5 innings

The Blue Jays saw exactly how they beat the Dodgers yesterday, and decided to do the exact opposite. They didn’t score at least 5 and they didn’t get the starter out of the game. This series is tied going back to LA
