Young new acquisition Andruw Monasterio also had an RBI. Narvaez went a decent 1 for 3. Not many major league hitters were in this one but those who were succeeded. On the pitching end, we saw our first long outing from Sonny Gray, and it was a good one. Pitched 6 innings, allowing 4 hits and 2 runs, and controlled the zone well walking 0 and striking out 9. In an absolute miracle, Zack Kelly threw a scoreless inning. Folks, appreciate it when you see one because it isn't often.”
