2 runs in 7 innings- is Cristopher Sanchez WASHED? In all seriousness though, he has not allowed multiple runs in an outing since April. Dude has been absolutely dominant. He hasn't had a non-quality start since April 23. He's got a 1.54 ERA, but if not for that 6 run outing against the Cubs, his ERA would be 1.02. Sanchez is absolutely incredible.

Another day, another excellent start for the future NL Cy Young winner Cris Sanchez. 7 innings, 10 strikeouts, allowed just 2 runs (which is still high for him). Glad to see the offense continue to remember how to score more than three runs per game, but it came very early.
A good win, but nothing really happened after the fifth inning besides some extra Sanchez dominance.

Dawg this Vladdy guy supposed to save us he supposed to be the guy my kids watch with me. This is brutal the early runs corbins control issues caused the Phillies to score their only 5. Simeon Woods-Richardson pitched 4 scoreless and looked electric doing it. The Blue Jays offense had way too many chances to not pull this one out, I don’t care if you played against the best pitcher in the world. We had our chances.
