The Marlins win the series and have won 6 of their last 7 series. They have been amazing in June. Eury Perez made his first start since his injury and did well on his limited pitch allowance. Otto Lopez hit a two run homer in the bottom of the eighth to extend the lead to 4-1. That was a huge hit, as Joc Pederson would hit a solo shot in the ninth to make it 4-2. Brian Navarreto had walked before that homer, laid down a sacrifice bunt to advance the runners leading to Xavier Edwards’s go ahead RBI single, threw a guy out stealing second, and picked a guy off first. He had a great game and was very productive in helping the Marlins get the win.

Marlins pull out a good win against Texas. Wyatt Langford hit a bomb to start off the scoring for both teams then a RBI single for Miami tied it up at one. Jacob D pitched pretty well but no run support again for him. Marlins are just above .500 looking to make it back to the playoffs.
