Wow. We just beat the Yankees. I'm truly shocked. We beat the Yankees in a game that Cam Schlittler pitched. CALEB DURBIN HIT A TWO RUN HOME RUN THAT ENDED UP BEING THE GAME WINNER. I'm just in pure shock right now. There's no way that just happened. I love you Todd Early.
oh and of course, DAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA JANKEES LOSE

First baseball game ever and it did not disappoint. Slow start to the game but the ending was incredible. The food at Fenway park is so good and diverse. Prices are so expensive though. The team shop is also so exaggerated. Very impressive seeing a homerun in person, especially over the green Monster. Disappointed that Aaron Judge didn't play but it was fun watching Jared Duran. Red Sox almost choked there at the end but they got it together. Really amazing crowd that sang so many songs all together.

The Red Sox may be at the lowest of lows but a win against the Yanks and especially nailing Schlitthead with a fat L will ignite the fire in my heart any day. Connelly Early overcame a few mistakes and closed out his start strong to secure a win, while Caleb Durbin continues his hot streak with a Fenway homer, and even though Chapman didn't look sharp the defense didn't break and he got the save.
I still love this terrible team.
