5 in a row for the Sox! Willson Contreras continued to rake with a 3-run home run before a bullshit ejection. Caleb Durbin also continues to get hot with his 7th homer of the year. This team really looks to be turning things around. Of course, Miles Mikolas is one of the worst pitchers in baseball, but seeing any sort of hitting from this team is a big positive. Ranger Suarez with another good outing, this team truly is trending in the right direction.

Red Sox heating up is a sight I love to see. Caleb Durbin finally figured it out and Contreras has been a monster all year. Pitching is strong once again, and things are looking better for the Sox. Maybe our Pythagorean record (a statistic that projects how good your team is based on your run differential ) was right, we are playing better than our record says.

Another solid win for the Sox making it 5 straight! Suarez was solid, nothing spectacular but enough to keep the quality start streak going. Some absolute bullshit with Willson getting tossed, but thankfully he pretty much won us the game before that. And damn lucky for Coulombe to get a second chance after almost walking two in a row only to get a double ply ball.
Things are looking up Red Sox.
