Yankees looking to bounce back after getting blanked in Boston but have no luck back in toy field thanks to Mize, Dingler, and the Motor City Kitties. Mize especially made the Bronx Bombers looking foolish, ending 7 shut-out innings with a strut back to the dugout as Cabrera futilely taps his helmet.
You can really tell that the Yanks are struggling without the fulcrum of Judge, without the constant power their disastrous defense becomes the focus and make the whole team look like bozos. They even look terrible when they make a play, Jazz taking an elbow to the face on a shallow flyout.
Keep it up, New York.

Well that’s the best start of Casey’s career. Still just a dead team playing on dirt rn. Their last breath was Sunday when they drowned.
Good day at the office though. Keep seeing at bats and evaluating these dudes. Maybe we can resign Casey? Idk probably not his value is super high rn, maybe could get a better Greene!

Not sure how this Tigers lineup scored 7 runs. Casey Mize was incredible, though, and looked like a true first overall pick. It sucks that his days as a Tiger are likely winding down, but at this point I’m just waiting for the fire sale to take place in the next month or so. Not fun at all, but that’s the reality Scott Harris needs to face.

Had to take a break from this team to let my liver heal.
In a vacuum, I really think this Tigers team is actually good. They literally have a positive run differential, something which most teams in the AL cannot say they have. But good god there has to be some kind of curse on this team with how not clutch they are
