The White Sox came back from down 4-0 to tie the game in the eighth. The Yankees went up 5-4 in the eleventh, but a bad pickoff attempt to third by Ali Sanchez with two outs allowed the tying run to score. Chase Meidroth moved the winning run to third on a sac bunt, and Edgar Quero walked it off with a bloop single into center field. After Davis Martin’s rough start (gave up 4 runs in the first inning), he locked in and finished five more innings unscathed. The White Sox bullpen did extremely well in holding the Yankees. A nice win for the Sox.

Good grief it has been almost a decade of me immediately losing hope when the Yankees hit the 10th inning. This team cannot succeed when the pressure is dialed up a bit I bet all these guys would be putting up Bonds and Griffey numbers if they played in Cleveland. What was that throw Ali🤦♂️
