This was a wild game. Liam Hicks with a grand slam in his Rays debut, homers back and forth. The Rockies had runners on second and third with only one out tied in the bottom of the tenth and didn't score. Doing that, they deserved to lose. And the Rays took their golden opportunity and won it in the 11th inning.

I have made fun of the Angels a lot for getting rid of Jordan Romano so early in the season, but boy do I not miss that! The Rockies would strike first and half a very early lead, but that would not last long at all! The Rays would rally in the third, and they would cap off that five run rally with a Liam Hicks grand slam in his Rays debut! You would think that lead would last since Tampa Bay is playing a terrible Rockies team, but you would be very wrong! Their lead didn’t even make it out of that inning as Mickey Moniak would hit a three run missile to tie it! The Rockies would add on with a Willi Castro homer as they would take a 7-5 lead into the ninth inning. This is where Romano would sell! He allowed a lot of traffic, and Jonathan Aranda would make him pay with a tying single to send this game to extras! Nobody scored in the tenth, but the Rays would capitalize on a rally in the eleventh to complete their comeback! I guess bad teams just find ways to lose
