Noah Cameron with the game of his life! Complete game shutout only allowing one walk and one hit. Took a perfect game into the 6th and a no hitter into the 7th. Despite losing both, he didn't collapse like JT Ginn did against the Angels earlier in the season, he stayed locked in and finished off all 9 innings.

The Angels had a chance to win their second straight series and make this an amazing home stand, but Noah Cameron had other ideas. He pitched the game of his life today. Cameron only allowed one hit and one walk on his way to a complete game shutout. He was perfect for a long time and took a no hitter into the seventh inning, but the Angels were thankfully able to break those up. Unfortunately for the Halos, they would still drop this game. Their pitching was great today, but obvious not nearly as good as the Royals’. They ended up allowing three as Kansas City secures the win. It was fun learning that this is just the Royals’ second one hit shutout since Gubie at Oakland in ‘95 though! The other was Zack Greinke of course. The Angels need to finish the season 14-23
