Holy fuck Moran that was bad. Allows a bloop hit for a run and then 3 straight walks to allow Arizona to score a second. Offense was great to start the game-Nick Sogard with his first career home run, Jarren Duran with a rare positive thing for the Sox hitting a homer of his own, and then Mickey Gasper with a game tying three run bomb, his 3rd homer in 3 days. Goatee Gasper is elite. Tolle was alright. And fuck you Greg Weissert. Genuinely no idea why he's still employed. He fucking sucks.

Unlikely Mickey Gasper has now homered THREE games in a row for the spark we’ve been needing like I said at the end of last series. We couldn’t get the win in extra innings, but thought we played much more to our style of play since the all-star break. Gotta keep this momentum going

GREG WEISSERT AND JOVANI MORAN SUCK. We had a bunch of offensive contributions today, and Mickey gasper has turned into the best hitter on the planet these past 3 games. Tolle was pretty good today, but the bullpen cost us the sweep. Jovani Moran couldn’t through a strike, and Greg weissert is just bad.

The Diamondbacks are able to comeback and get a very resilient win to salvage this series! Boston led all of the beginning of this game thanks to a pair of home runs in the early innings, but they wouldn’t lead again after the fifth inning! A pair of doubles for Arizona in the fifth gave them the lead, and they grabbed some insurance on a two run bomb from Lars Nootbaar! That insurance was definitely necessary because Mickey Gasper hit a three run homer right after to tie this game back up! There were some good chances for the Red Sox to win this game in nine innings, but the Diamondbacks were able to get out of all of them to take this game to extras! The Snakes wasted no time with a two run rally in the tenth thanks to three straight walks, and Boston was only able to get one run as an answer! Great win for Arizona as they finish this tough road trip at .500!
