What a blowout and what a game both on the mound and at the plate for the Phillies. Andrew Painter went 7 innings only allowing 1 run for Philadelphia in this game. He hasn't been great this season but it's games like these that show all the potential he has and why he was regarded so highly as a prospect. Bryce Harper and Kyle Schwarber-the usual home run suspects for the Phillies both did just that, and a ton of RBIs from other sources in the Philadelphia lineup.

Phillies had a wonderful game on both sides, Harper and Schwarber both homering and the offense having a productive, rallying night. On the other side, Andrew Painter is the red P.O.T.G tonight, locking up the St. Louis Cardinals in their baby blues. Braves better beware, bungling backwards builds momentum for the Phillies lead!
