SOX SWEEP! Bad start to this one from Jake Bennett, allowing 3 runs in his first 2 innings, that's now 6 straight starts with 3+ runs allowed. Luckily though he locked in and threw 4 scoreless after that before a terrible defensive play resulting in the most Little League home run in MLB history. Nick Sogard with a huge homer in the 2nd to start the scoring, Ceddanne got a couple big 2 strike RBI knocks and Connor Wong and Mickey Gasper came up big in the 4th inning as well. Tyron Guerrero and Aroldis Chapman just shut things down as always. Huge sweep to increase the home record since June 25th to an MLB-best 22-7! PLAY DIRTY WATER!

Tuned in in the bottom of the 4th just in time for Mickey to pinch-hit and Ceddane to hit again. Seeing these guys come alive really doesn’t get old.
Not positive how forgivable those 3 runs in the first 4 innings were, but Bennett putting 3 away with 9 pitches was beautiful.
Really unfortunate injury for Bericoto getting his foot stuck under the padding of the wall.
Might have been the first time I’ve been nervous to have Chapman take the mound, but I was proven wrong immediately.
Getting the home winning record is huge.
Pitching being a highlight in a 4-5 game is crazy.
