Solid outing from Shane McClanahan but the Rays will need better come playoff time. Thanks to a great offensive performance he got away with it today, and don't get me wrong, 5 and 2 thirds allowing 3 runs is solid, but the playoffs are mainly dominated by pitching and that often won't cut it. Nick Martinez and Drew Rasmussen are two studs, but even them, you question if they can perform in the playoffs, having McClanahan step up would be huge. My boy Jackson Merrill with a homer in this one 🥹
