Two great teams in this one, but I really just didn't find this one all that entertaining, until that crazy moment in the 99th minute. A great shot and the double save by Alisson Becker to hold on to the draw. I expected to see a high scoring thriller between these two teams and that's just not what we got. Not a ton of great chances late in this one. After watching this game, my hopes for both teams have dropped severely. I still think they pretty easily get out of the group but I doubt they got much further.

Great game. Morocco rose up to the challenge against the “higher” quality opponent for a solid draw that they had some chances to turn into 3 points instead 1 but damn this Morocco team is scary. I think Brazil is a bit overrated going into this World Cup but Vini looked scary as he’ll most of the game and it wouldn’t shock me if he single handedly leads this team deep. This teams hopes I feel ride and die with Vini

The most anticipated game of the day and it did not disappoint… mostly. At first, it looked like Brazil was going to be even worse than even my most pessimistic predictions. They looked like hot trash in the first 25 minutes. Morocco was controlling this game, dictating pace and ensuring Brazil could get nothing going. To make matters worse for the Brazilians, Morocco scored first thanks to a gorgeous chip from Saibari. I was fully ready to call Brazil frauds ahead of schedule. But you just can’t count out their talent. Vinicius Junior went on a brilliant run, cut inside and blasted it past Bono to revive hope. From there, they controlled the game and looked really scary until half
The first half was excellent football, the 2nd half was good, but held back by a lot of stoppages. Most of that was due to unfortunate injuries, but those combined with the “hydration breaks” really slowed the game down. In-between those stoppages there was still good football, just not as much as I’d like.

My goodness this game was stressful! The first half was so exciting. Some great goals pretty early. I picked draw but I was surprised that actually happened. Some great goal keeping by both keepers. They kept their teams and country’s in it. I was really looking forward to this game and it did not disappoint! I expect big things from Morocco!
