iTs CoMiNg HoMe. Bitch you can’t even beat Ghana and Ghana looked like the better team for arguably 85 minutes. English national team: perennial clown show for the rest of the world to laugh at😂😂 just be happy you probably are gonna make it to the knockout stage to win one game in a fluke, then lose to an underachiever in the round of 16 just so your fans can be like “Wot joost haapened? I thooght it ‘as cooming hoome?”😂😂anyway amazing game by Ghana and I would love to see them do some damage in the knockouts

Very disappointing from England. Kane and co. unable to take advantage of any chances. Bellingham with the MOTM even acknowledged that he didn’t deserve it saying that it should’ve gone to a “defender that held the game.” Great for Ghana but a very important game against Croatia on Saturday.

This game was absolute rage bait. Ghana’s style is so annoying (especially in the first half) and partey should be in jail

I’m Ghana lose my mind! Ghana with a spectacular defensive performance to keep a draw against one of the top teams in the world. Harry Kane literally bottled it. He sent that 100,000,000 miles over the bar with a chance to win. Shoutout to the Ghana goalkeeper because he just got a new fan. (Me I’m his new fan) kinda disappointing from England, they should win this. Croatias defense might have a terrible defense. I’m happy for Ghana this should guarantee a trip to the knockouts. On one side of the table huge draw and the other side, very disappointing draw. I had England all the way. If I looked into this matchup more maybe I could have picked draw but I honestly never saw this coming. My 5 game streak has been broken did not want to jinx it so I did not mention it on my previous ratings. Into the next.

It appears that coming home is far from guaranteed. Disclaimer: I was working on my Article during this game so I listened to it while doing research and writing (please go read it). But even just listening to the game made it clear that Ghana was putting on a defensive masterclass. At halftime, Harry Kane had 9 TOTAL touches of the ball. It was looking grim for England. Surely they’d figure it out eventually… right? RIGHT? They did not figure it out. Instead, they flopped around and watched Harry Kane throw away the best chance of the game. It would be unfair of me to only blame England’s incompetence and not credit Ghana’s stout efforts. Bellingham said it himself after winning Man of the Match (somehow). “I didn’t deserve it to be honest. It probably should have gone to one of their lads that defended so well”. Giving up 79% of possession and only allowing 3 shots on goal will get and deserve that praise. In honour of Jude’s request, I will shoutout Senaya and Mensah among others.

I can get that to most ppl it's a boring game to watch, but for Ghana, was a smart tactical showing. "Parking the bus" "haramball", whatever you want to call it, playing with 9 back to go for a tie to have a much easier path to advance was the right play. Boring game for sure, but England also showed that they will struggle to penetrate in stressful clogged situations. Elite defenses later on will provide similar pressure with less men playing back

England doesn't have a particularly favorable history in Boston, so no wonder they struggled in this game

Absolute snoozer, it's games like these that caused AFCON to ban witchcraft at games. Anthony Gordon remains terrible, which I am happy about, since I might be the only person who hatewatches him.
