What a finish for Turkyie; even after being eliminated by the Australia v Paraguay match’s 0-0 conclusion in this game’s 90th minute, Turkyie still mustered a final goal in this game to take the victory. For a team that hadn’t scored until today, this Turkyie team looked like a completely new squad compared to their previous two matches. Disappointing they couldn’t reach is form earlier in the group stage. USA moves on to the easiest path to the quarter finals.

Not a very good game here. Christian Pulisic made such a big impact in this one. So many opportunities he created right after he came in. Need him to step up against Bosnia next week. Especially him coming in over Weah was just such a big change. Weah was absolutely awful. Super slow and felt like he spent half the game offside. Obviously this score would've looked much different had the starters played the entire game. Embarrassing defensive effort to end the game and we lost because of it. Embarrasing defense. Bosnia next. Just a bump in the road on the way to the World Cup championship. Because it will happen.

The USA started the game early with a good goal. Throughout the game and as the game would go on we would see Türkiye break down the back line of the US causing many problems and would lead to them losing. Though this was not a deciding game for the US as they have already clinched Group D. It was a momentum builder, as we saw the hype during the game and the Pre-Game Show. Türkiye scored their only 3 goals of the tournament, going out with a win. In the end, the game for Türkiye was not to win for the sake of winning but to win for pride and for their nation. The USA will play next week, and I hope to see them keep going towards a Final. Unlucky tournament for the Turkish side, but that is what happens. But " I Believe We Can Win"
