@FlameRaptorRaven's rating of Kings vs Kraken

@FlameRaptorRaven rated the Kings vs Kraken game 8.1 out of 10 in NHL on December 11, 2025. Final score: Kings 2 – Kraken 3. Reg. Season. Fan ratings and discussion on RateGame.

This was a scrappy and nail-biting game, which made it a great game to watch as a neutral. Both goaltenders were terrific and got plenty of chances to show off as the skaters were relentless, even against the odds. No better goal showed this off than Alex Lafferiere’s breakaway shorthanded goal after the Kings held off a 2-man disadvantage. The only goal that came close was Matty Beniers scoring in the final to tie the game seconds after Vince Dunn just barely saved the puck from leaving the zone. Seattle carried the momentum into overtime and overwhelmed LA. Beniers drew a penalty from Kempe and then Seattle scored almost immediately on that power play. Fittingly, it was Vince Dunn who blasted home the winner, sending Kraken fans home much happier than they thought they were gonna be just a few minutes earlier. There were some dead periods, including in that OT, but nothing that made the viewing experience tough. I do feel bad for Forsberg, Kings let him down in the final minutes.
