“HOLY WHAT WHAT THE FUCK WAS THAT I DONT KNOW WHAT HAPPENED BUT SOX WIN BABY LETS FUCKING GOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was fully ready to come in here and crash out. 7 terrible innings. 8th inning offense loads the bases with no outs and somehow doesn't score a single run. Fucking embarrasing. Wilyer records his 4th strikeout of the day and Contreras and Rutschman also go down. But the Sox get runners on again in the 9th. After that embarrasing 8th, the offense usually dies after those types of innings in recent history, so my hopes were underground. But Eli White-who I was baffled by the fact that he was pinch hitting and not pinch running, got a beautiful hit into center field to make it 2-1, then Sogard to make it 2-2, and Wilyer Abreu, in the midst of quite literally his worst career performance at the plate, gets a grounder to first and on the throw home the catcher's foot is off the bag and the Red Sox somehow win. Absolute fucking cinema. LETS FUCKING GOOOOOOOOO PLAY DIRTY WATER!!!!!”
