A lot of pundits are questioning Oregon, because they gave up a lot of points in the second half. I have a different observation about this game (having watched Oregon throughout the season.) The Ducks dominated the game throught the air early in the game playing without most of their starting WR's again (as they have for much of the season). The Ducks may have been complacent in the second half (against a very good G5 team) but their ability to toss it around the yard agianst a very sound/ well coached defensive unit will give their Texas Tech (next CFP opponent) A LOT TO ABSORB as thery prepare for their next game. This game was over at halftime, and I see more upside out of Oregon (proving they can still throw the ball) than downside because of their lackluster defensive performance in the second half. Oregon can hang defensively with any team in the country- ask IU (the #1 team in the country). -The Midwest Blitz
