@FlameRaptorRaven's rating of Predators vs Sabres

@FlameRaptorRaven rated the Predators vs Sabres game 4.4 out of 10 in NHL on March 7, 2026. Final score: Predators 2 – Sabres 3. Reg. Season. Fan ratings and discussion on RateGame.

This game started out as a slog and gradually got better down the stretch, although I wouldn’t say it ever got better than pretty good. Neither team looked like they were 100% ready for this matchup. Whether or not that was by design is up to you, but I know Buffalo didn’t look like themselves to start. Only getting 2 shots on-goal in the first 20 minutes is far from typical for them. Luckily, they had a very typical 2nd period an by typical I mean they excelled and outplayed their opponent. After L’Heureux scored scored his first goal of the season, Tage Thompson blasted a puck by Saros thanks to Tuch giving him enough space to work. Jason Zucker gave Buffalo their first lead less than 2 minutes later and Josh Doan bullied Brady Skjei to force a giveaway from him before a teammate set him up for a goal less than 20 seconds into the 3rd. Nashville got some good chances down the stretch, but Lyon shut them down and helped Buffalo hang on for the win. The playoffs finally feel inevitable
