“On the hitting end, this was great. Roman Anthony: 2-for-4 Trevor Story: 3-for-4 Jarren Duran: 1-for-2, 2 walks Wilyer Abreu: Home run Caleb Durbin: 1-for-3, 2 RBIs Ceddanne Rafaela: 3-for-4 Connor Wong: 2-for-4, 2 RBIs Yep, Connor Wong 2 hits. Not often you see that. But nonetheless, this was a great game at the plate and it seems like Cora has pretty much decided on the Opening Day lineup. Tough game for Oviedo, allowing 6 in only 3 and a third. And Aroldis Chapman alloing 2 runs in a game for the first time since 2024. Great hitting, terrible pitching about sums up this Sox game.”
