The Yankees pull it off. But my main takeaway is we witnessed a genuine LEGACY GAME. Cam Schlittler, the rookie pitcher, not only outduels the Red Sox rookie, but he sets the Yankees record for most strikeouts by a rookie pitcher in the postseason. As a man who appreciates and loves watching a dominant pitcher, I can’t not give this game a good rating despite this game being one-sided. Besides that, Yankees crowd was rocking and the Yankees took advantage of their opportunities, they made sure the Red Sox wouldn’t have the bragging rights.
