“I would say this series is closer than it looked but I really don't know that it was Colorado looks terrifying and they really exploited everything weakness in Minnesota's game. This really reminded me of Edmonton Anaheim Game 5 where Edmonton scored 3 in the first and just fell off. Minnesota really did the same thing in this game only getting 7 shots total in the 2nd and 3rd periods and 0 in overtime which was mercifully only 3 minutes The Lumberyard is looking pretty strong even after a high firing shootout of game 1. The Av's defense came to play and Minnesota just got jack. Doesn't help that Wallstedt let in 2 goals in the final 3 minutes to let the game go to OT but what can you do. Nice to see you play Minnesota and make it to the second round but better luck next year without Hughes.”
