“PSG reassert their dominance against Liverpool with a commanding win. This one was kinda a bummer with Ekitiké getting hurt less than 30 minutes into the game. While it was cool to see Salah come in, that sucked to see. Hopefully he is okay. After that, PSG was just better. There really is no easier way to say it. They were just better. Sure, Liverpool got more shots, but I’d argue PSG had the more dangerous chances. At least in the first half you could say that they kept trying from beginning to end. In the second half, you could see the instant Liverpool knew they were screwed. Spoiler: it was Dembele’s first goal. After that, Liverpool just lied down, rolled over and died as they prepared themselves for the questions about Arne Slot. For PSG, they’re looking as strong as ever. Ousmane continues to prove why he won the Ballon D’or and Vitinha was brilliant. However, PSG’s defense needs more credit for what they have been doing. Just completely preventing any scary chances.”
