Italy’s decision to sub off Moise Kean in the 71st minute when they were down to 10 men proved to be costly as Bosnia tied the game seven minutes later, and Italy didn’t have him when they needed a goal to save their World Cup hopes. Instead the game went to penalties and Italy melted under pressure and sent the first penalty way over the bar and hit the third penalty off the top bar and lost 4-1 in the shootout.”
