“Ngl, I was very worried this would be a one-sided stomping in favour of USC after what happened against Indiana. I am very thankful my concerns were unwarranted. It’s up to you if this says more about USC or Illinois. But this was a classic tight back and forth battle. Neither team could take full control of this game. Right when it looked like Illinois was gonna close it out, USC gets a lifeline and takes advantage, only for Illinois to clutch it out on their final drive. We even got a wide receiver throwing a TD. Just a fun close game.”
