“Baseball is back! It was a pretty average game, but an interesting one nonetheless. After a shaky 1st inning, Yankees came out swinging in the top of the 2nd, following a Caballero double, a McMahon single, and a Grisham triple! By the end it was a 5-0 ball game. Logan Webb was just not himself this night, having 6 earned runs and a total of 7 runs allowed, more than he had any game last season. Another player that also was doing poorly today was Aaron Judge. Just sad for him today, a 4-strikeout game... A very weird outlier in a game in which most Yankees player were doing good. Max Fried was obviously the player of the game, with 6.1 IP of shutout baseball, befuddling the weak Giants offense. Chapman, Adames, Lee, and Bader all went hitless today. Really, the Giants on both sides look insanely weak... Eh, what do I care, IT'S ALWAYS A GOOD DAY WHEN THE GIANTS LOSE! AND BASEBALL IS BACK!”
