“The offense we’ve been waiting for. This could be the breaking of the dam. The Giants were finally able to punish mistakes, and saw plenty of them from former Giant Zack Littell. Hard to pick a player of the game, and I’m really tempted to vote Arraez when you look at his very surprising defense at 2B which netted them several outs in a game that saw them squander some costly ones. He may not be the rangiest but his fundamentals going to his left are as pleasing to watch as watching Chapman at third. Great to see Ramos get it going and I really hope Casey Schmitt can keep getting starts. On the Nats side I have to marvel at James Wood’s power, it’s immense.”
