@FlameRaptorRaven's rating of Avalanche vs Flames
@FlameRaptorRaven rated the Avalanche vs Flames game 6.7 out of 10 in NHL on April 15, 2026. Final score: Avalanche 3 – Flames 1. Reg. Season. Fan ratings and discussion on RateGame.
“The Avs eventually won a game everyone knew they’d win. The Flames are relentless and hard-working no matter the circumstances. Neither of these teams need a win. The Flames are the only ones that need a loss. You wouldn’t believe that watching the Flames play tonight. They work their butts off. Does that mean the Flames outplayed the Avs? No. Far from it. The Flames had to rely on Dustin Wolf to keep them in this game. Wolf was magnificent, keeping the Flames in the game as their offense became ineffective. To be completely honest, I was waiting for the shoe to drop. The Avs basically had the puck forever in the 3rd and I knew they were going to take the lead. Wolf made it take a while, but Colorado found that goal and hung on for the win. The Flames are doing the smart thing and mostly starting their youth (sat Coronato for some reason). Among the prospects, I thought Suniev was the best forward, he got so many chances. Gridin was also good and I’m so excited to see Parekh grow.”
