“This my friends is it. What a game. The Battle of Pennsylvania has ended. This was the only first round series to not go to OT. Game 6 this game did. And man was this game great. Some dont like these types of games but personally I love them. My favorite type of playoff hockey. Both teams trying to make it to the finish line. The Penguins dominated the second half of this game but couldnt put the puck in the net. Dan Vladar was out of his mind. Over 40 shots faced and not one to go in!!! Porter Martone had a chance to end the series but it got saved by a loose stick. On the face off following that, Cam York scored the winner. Thank you Flyers for a great series with your foes and for mainly getting Pittsburgh out of the playoffs. Lets see what they can do against the Hurricanes team with a lot of rest.”
