This one was close somewhat until near the end of the second period where Washington exploded for 3 goals and then the 3rd period just felt like just delaying the inevitable. Glad nice Winnipeg boy Denton Mateychuk scored late in the 3rd for his 5th goal of the year as a defesnmen, not to bad, hopefully he can develop great and be that pp quarter back for that 2nd unit for years to come.
