“It says a lot that a contender for the most exciting play of this game was the Eagles getting called for a false start during a Tush Push. Ironically, it was probably the wrong call. Don’t worry Eagles fans, the officials gave you some home cooking later with that garbage PI call on Rock Ya-Sin that saved the Eagles’ final drive and allowed them to burn the clock and seal up the win. Sadly those are the moments I’ll probably remember most, but let’s talk about the good. This was hard nosed football and the Eagles won that skirmish. The defense was tremendous, especially Jordan Davis who was batting down almost every pass and caused the interception with his efforts. Barkley had a good day, albeit not a spectacular one by his standards, made the big plays when he was called upon. As much as I want to give this game a higher rating despite the score, I can’t ignore the bad taste that PI call left in my mouth. ”
