“The first period was the biggest domination I have ever seen in a playoff game. Holy shit did the Canes come out fast and energetic. After that first period I thought to myself that Carolina was winning the Stanley Cup. Their system is just incredible. They did not back down defensively at all. Once they had the 2-0 lead, it was all about not giving any space to the Flyers. The Flyers could literally not even get in the offensive zone. Every time they had the puck, someone was on them. The amount of turnovers they caused, two of them which led to goals. Vladar with a pretty mid game. Andersen looked pretty solid even though he wasn't tested too much. Flyers really gotta bounce back next game or else this series is over in 4.”
