“The great tank-off between the Canucks and Flames. I would say it was fun to wonder who would win, but let’s face it, everyone who had watched either team could’ve told you the Flames had this in the bag. When the Flames scored 4 goals, they could’ve ended the game right there. Even though the game didn’t stop, the Flames certainly played like the game had finished as they fed Wolf to the wolves in the 3rd. Luckily, Wolf was brilliant and played a major role in extending the Flames’ 4-goal winning streak to 55, which is the 5th longest streak ever. Prior to the final period, the Flames were on fire. They scored 2 goals in the first 5 minutes. Nearly every Flame got a point. Frost and Coronato along with Gridin. Oli Maata and Ryan Strome continue to look like great acquisitions. Brennan Othmann made his Flames debut and got his first point as a Flame in the final seconds. Most importantly, Parekh looks confident and dynamic. Flames made this entertaining through 2 and the 3rd a bore.”

The great tank-off between the Canucks and Flames.
