“Using this random game as a placeholder for Liberty-Georgia: Oof that was scary. I know the 8-1 score doesn’t reflect it but man that was interesting. Cooper Harrington was locking us DOWN but finally Tre Phelps broke through with a 2 run BOMB. He pimped it so hard he got ejected and when Wes Johnson came out to argue it, he too got ejected. That’s some absolute BS in my opinion. He was excited he just hit a home run to likely send his team to super regionals and now he’ll miss the next game as well. Absolutely horrendous by the umpires. Anyways, after Harrington came out for Liberty, the floodgates opened wide. We went 4-0 against Mississippi State, who we will likely play next, but without Tre Phelps that’s no guaranteed victory. That suspension just hurts so much, and if it ends up being more than the automatic 1 game that’s just stupid. FREE TRE PHELPS!!!”
