“Awesome jersey matchup in this one, the clean white and blue of the Colts against the classic reds of the Patriots. Was a fun watch, and I continue to be impressed by Drake Maye's ability to find lanes and rush to 1st downs. The initiative from Mayo to go for 2 was smart, leaving Indianapolis with no choice but to go for it as well if they wanted a win in regulation. Unfortunately for New England they succeeded. That final Colts drive was brutal. Multiple 4th-down conversions, a tough DPI call to save a deflected pass, and designed runs for Richardson that worked like a charm. I commend Joey Slye even attempting the 68-yard kick, and it was on-line but just not nearly enough power behind it. Valiant defeat. ”
