“I fell asleep before I could rate this game. Then I kept putting off rating this game, procrastinating like it was school work. But finally, I’m going to put my thoughts down. The first part is easy, Will Smith. Holy cow, Will Smith. Not only a productive night with 2 goals, but absolutely nasty with his dangles. But I really need to give a shoutout to Tyler Toffoli. Not just because he is a former Flame, but because I honestly believe he was the best skater on the ice. 2 goals and 2 assists certainly help with this stance, but Toffoli was great with his playmaking, including the perfect set up for Smith’s 2nd goal. Toffoli also set the tone with that ripper in the slot. This game was a good watch just for the sake of watching good hockey, but not great in terms of drama and being unsure who is going to win. ”
