“Game 2 of THE GEORGE was far less interesting than the first. George Washington opened the game on a 22-0 run and never looked back. This Loyola Chicago team stinks out loud, which I do get a small bit of pleasure out of after former Michigan State standout Denzel Valentine called me a “clown” and a “clout chaser” for saying they were bad earlier this season. Anyway, the Ramblers turned the ball over 20 times and lost by 35 after offering the defensive resistance of an inflatable tube man. Garrett Johnson dropped 18 points, Rafael Castro turned in a 14 & 14 double-double, and GW connected on 15 threes. Very good team pumped a very bad team, plain and simple.”
