MLB • Wildcard Game09/30/2014

I would like to thank Flame for finally giving something nice to Royals fans on the app. For the game this was a certified classic! This Royals team was so scrappy and just always had that underdog mentality. I was big into baseball at this time going to games with my family and remember the year after this my parents got me tickets to the ALDS the year the Royals won the title. Hosmer had a great game and so did Cain. The hero of the game and the player to hit the game winner is still on the team and is the new Royals HR champ. Salvy means so much not only to Royals baseball, but baseball in general. Special teams which for me has such a special memory in my heart.

MLB • Wildcard Game09/30/2014

The best Wild Card game in MLB history and it's not a debate. I'm not sure if this is an unpopular opinion or not, but I want the MLB to go back to the 1 game Wild Card. I think the feeling have changed now that there is 2 Wild Card matchups instead of only one due to the expansion of the playoffs, but games like these were just so awesome. Red Sox vs Yankees in 2021, 1 game at the greatest stadium in baseball. While that wasn't necessarily the best game, the biggest rivals in baseball-hell in all of sports, each with the same record, fighting in one single game to advance in the playoffs. Bring back the 1 game Wild Card.
