“Pretty good game. Although this game was slow at times and had some questionable officiating, it was still entertaining. My gut wants to say this was a back and forth game; but in reality, the metaphorical see-saw leaned in Green Bay’s favour throughout. It just didn’t lean hard in their direction until the very end. Jordan Love was composed throughout and converted some massive 4th downs, including the conversion that sealed the win. Multiple of those 4th downs conversions were helped by Wicks who made a few big catches and played great all day. Josh Jacob’s also ran the ball quite well while the Green Bay defense hindered Detroit’s offense. The Lions certainly held their own. Brian Branch in particular played great on defense and the Goff-Jameson connection was gashing the Packers all day. Gibbs however could never get anything going and the Lions defense just couldn’t get the stops they needed.”
