Much slower than game 4, but this was also a much more even game. Both teams took turn taking control as this was a goalie duel between Andersen and Thompson. Andersen wins it as the Canes close out the series. The last couple minutes were intense as the Caps tried to tie it, but Andersen stood tall

Damn it. The rare immediate regret with my rating. Should’ve put this at like 8.2 or something similar. Maybe the ending felt out of nowhere because the Svechnikov goal was a bad one for Thompson to give up (thanks to Riemsdyk screening his own goalie)
