“🎵 The wheels on the bus go round and round, round and round, round and round, the wheels on the bus go round and round, all through the town 🎵 While just a simple childhood song, it's important to look at why that song was created. The song was created to describe the bottom of the 7th inning of this baseball game. The Minnesota Twins had 5 straight runners reach base. The wheels indeed went round and round, as the last 4 of those hits were singles, 2 of which driving in a run, tying the game at 4-4. My Diamond Dynasty squad member Andrew Morris was the next to come up big for Minnesota, striking out the side and sending it to the bottom of the 8th still tied. Then in the bottom of the 8th, Keaschall and Kreidler both hit doubles, taking a 5-4 lead. In the 9th, Yoendrys Gomez finished it off. Great series win for the Twins.”
