“Believe it or not, this game was kinda close for longer than you would expect. At first, this looked like another game that would be basically over at half time. But the 49ers actually kept it interesting until the 4th quarter when the Rams pulled away. Stanford was extremely clinical and diced up the 49ers defense. Mac Jones, while not great, was far from a liability. George Kittle was rumbling down the field, nearly putting up 100 yards and even got a Superman touchdown. But Stafford doing a great job sharing the love and Emmanuel Forbes getting his first interception with the Rams was too much.”
