Alabama was up 14-6 at halftime but then South Carolina scored 9 points in the third quarter to take a 15-14 lead. Then in the fourth quarter they drove down the field and scored a touchdown to take a 22-14 lead and looked like they were going to pull off an upset. But Alabama tied the game up with about 3 minutes left at 22-22. South Carolina fumbled in their own territory and Alabama took advantage of the turnover and score a touchdown with about 30 seconds left to ice it.
