James Harden has somehow become the Luke Skywalker of the NBA as he is our only hope to stop the empire that is OKC from dominating for the rest of time. Meanwhile, Luka Doncic is playing the role of Anakin, a man who feels betrayed and is going scorched earth on the sport of basketball. Except his feeling of betrayal is justified. Basically this means there was no defense. But it was close through 3 quarters. Even as the Lakers were gaining control at the end of the 3rd, it didn’t come crashing down for the Clippers until the start of that 4th quarter when the Lakers poured it on and the Clippers never made it close. Sucks, but what can you do, the Lakers have Luka and they don’t. I can’t imagine my team trading Luka if we had him.
