“Jonas Brodin and Joel Eriksson Ekk not being there really made a difference for Minnesota. Quinn Hughes was getting so many more minutes than usual, and he already plays around 30 minutes a game. You could tell he was getting really tired starting in the second period. He was losing the puck easily and wasn't skating as fast. MacKinnon's line look so into it tonight. They were all over the puck and entering the zone with so much speed. Not a great look for Gustavsson after being put in to replace Wallstedt who had a bad game. 2 goals in 2 shots for the Avalanche. I can't say this series is over yet but I don't know how the Wild can bounce back from two hard losses.”
