@FlameRaptorRaven's rating of Rangers vs Phillies

@FlameRaptorRaven rated the Rangers vs Phillies game 5.1 out of 10 in MLB on March 26, 2026. Final score: Rangers 3 – Phillies 5. Reg. Season. Fan ratings and discussion on RateGame.

Opening Day, for real this time. Not as close as the final score says, I’m honestly surprised we had a chance at the end, but it helped this game go from a 4 to a 5. The first 6 innings of this game can be best defined by the starting pitchers. Nathan Eovaldi had a tough day, Cristopher Sanchez had an amazing day. After the 1st inning, Sanchez only gave up 1 other hit and struck out 9 batters. The man was cooking with gas and making that extension look like a steal. Unfortunately, Eovaldi really struggled. Phillies got to him early and each out felt like a struggle. When the Phillies mercifully pulled Sanchez, the Rangers finally showed some life. Corey Seager was great obviously, but Jake Burger was elite and hit the first Ranger home run of the season as Texas made a mad dash in the 9th to make this a game. I believe they pull it off had Philadelphia not turned to Duran. He brought back control to a floundering team and the Phillies won the game. At least we made it close.
