“The Cardinals win a slugfest on the back of the greatest MLB debut of all time! St. Louis didn’t waste any time to get on the board with a first inning rally that was capped off with Joshua Baez’s first homer of the day on his first major league at bat! The Cubs would answer back quickly with a Michael Conforto three run shot to tie it, but the Cardinals would keep adding on! Baez hit his second homer to put St. Louis back in front, and he ended up adding on ANOTHER bomb for some insurance! Joshua Baez is the first player in MLB history to have three home runs in his first three at bats! A couple more homers for the Cardinals and Baez finally getting out later, and St. Louis cruised to an easy win over the Cubs! What an unbelievable debut! I have also joined the Snoopy movement”
